In this role, you will be the founding engineering leader of a new team, designing and launching a new product offering on Coinbase. /p p strong What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): /strong /p ul li End to end ownership of engineering for the new Coinbase for Business product /li li System design and architecture for new product offering /li li Writing code and building prototypes as needed for the MVP and future vision concepts for CoinBiz including international payments, payroll, invoices etc. /li li Hiring and management of team of 6 IC engineers /li li Collaboration across Coinbase teams to launch supporting features - onboarding, multi-user, payment rails, tax, settings, commerce integrations etc. /li li Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs. /li /ul p strong What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): /strong /p ul li Experience in fintech (B2B preferred but consumer also ok) /li li Experience with building on sophisticated product platforms with extensive cross-team collaboration /li li 0 to 1 experience with new product launches - at startup or internal venture bets /li /ul p strong Nice to haves: /strong /p ul li Crypto-forward experience, including familiarity with onchain activity such as interacting with Ethereum addresses, using ENS, and engaging with dApps or blockchain-based services. /li /ul p Job #: GCEM06US /p p Answers to crypto-related questions may be used to evaluate your onchain experience. /p p #LI-Remote /p p /p div class="content-pay-transparency" div class="pay-input" div class="description" span style="font-weight: 400;" strong Pay Transparency Notice: /strong Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below.
