Employment Solicitor (2 to 6 PQE) Location: Southampton Hybrid Working Available Salary: £57,000 £64,500 + Bonus + Benefits A well established Legal 500 firm in Southampton is looking to strengthen its employment team with a confident and commercially minded solicitor. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and growing department with a loyal client base and a mix of advisory and contentious work. The Role You ll take on a broad range of employment matters including: Advisory support for employers and senior individuals Tribunal claims and representation Contracts, policies and disciplinary matters TUPE, restructuring and redundancy advice Settlement agreements and negotiations You ll work directly with clients from day one and have the chance to contribute to wider team initiatives and development. What We're Looking For 2 to 6 years PQE in employment law A strong mix of contentious and advisory experience Excellent communication and drafting skills A proactive, client-focused approach Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Why Join?
