Email Marketing Manager FMCG / Retail Hybrid, Slough 12 Month FTC - May Start Date £45,000 - £65,000 We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our team immediately who can execute and deliver! If you're passionate about executing impactful email campaigns and driving customer engagement, I'd love to hear from you! In this role, you will be building and executing CRM, email marketing, and loyalty strategies that drive customer engagement and retention across both the Retail and Online teams. You will take full ownership of creating and executing CRM campaigns and lifecycle triggers, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple customer touchpoints. With a focus on personalisation, segmentation, and customer journeys, you will directly contribute to enhancing customer lifetime value and driving long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies with a strong focus on personalisation and segmentation Work closely with Retail stores and online team to optimise CRM solutions that support sales and customer retention goals Create creative email marketing campaigns that are engaging, targeted, and conversion-driven Build and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, focused on driving engagement, retention, and loyalty Leverage data insights and customer feedback to develop targeted campaigns that are personalised and aligned with customer needs Key Requirements: Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver campaigns on time Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Hands-on Email Marketing experience Proven experience with CRM email marketing platforms and/or marketing clouds Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and report campaign results Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Apply today with your most up-to-date CV to suzanne.farrin@mackenziejones.co.uk People are at the heart of everything we do.
