We are seeking a proactive Electrical Manager to supervise a team of 8 engineers at the Hospital in the delivery of M&E services.
This is a key position within a live healthcare environment, requiring a high level of technical knowledge, compliance awareness, and strong leadership skills.

Up to £52250 Basic + Overtime Available!
1 in 5 manager call-out rota (£200 per week), including additional paid time when supporting call-out engineers on site.
HTM HV AP appointment – up to £1,500 included in salary
HTM LV AP appointment – up to £750 included in salary

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all electrical systems on site, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with relevant standards, particularly HTM requirements
Manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Provide technical guidance and step in to assist on-site when required during call-outs
Maintain accurate records and ensure all work is completed in line with statutory and client requirements
