ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER\n\nJOB OVERVIEW\n\nOur client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out mobile maintenance works in Edinburgh and surrounding areas.\n\nTheir client base include but are not limited toCommercial office blocks & industrial units, Retail & Student Accommodation.\n\nWe are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of electrical systems and over 5 years experience in similar Electrical / HVAC/ Maintenance Engineer type role.\n\nJOB RESPONSBILITIES\n\nPerform routine and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.\n\nDiagnose faults, repair, replace, and upgrade lighting, wiring, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with BS 7671.\n\nConduct electrical testing, rewires, and emergency lighting maintenance.\n\nHandle mechanical and plumbing tasks, including pump repairs, pipework, and water heating systems.\n\nMaintain fire alarms, security systems, and automated controls.\n\nEnsure all work meets health and safety standards, keeping accurate maintenance records.\n\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\n\nApproved Electrical Apprenticeship Minimum requirement.\n\n18th Edition Accreditation Essential.\n\n2391 Testing & Inspection Beneficial.\n\nF-Gas & ODS Regulations (C&G 2079-11) Advantageous.\n\nSALARY & BENEFITS\n\nUp to £43,000 (DOE)\nOn Call 1 in 4\n21 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday\nCompany vehicle and fuel card.\nPension scheme.\nHealth and wellness benefits.\nOngoing training and professional development opportunities.\nOpportunities for career growth within the organization.\n\nPlease call Tom on (phone number removed) for more information and please apply to this advert to prompt a call back
