This role sits within their load bank division, where you'll play a key part in the design and development of resistor systems used in high-performance applications.\n\nIn this role, you'll work closely with our engineering team to design and develop electrical equipment for industrial use, creating detailed wiring diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical and producing key documents like design overviews and resistor element sheets-all while ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. You'll review and approve design work, manage updates through Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and support processes such as CE marking, DFMEAs, and product testing. Alongside this, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide support to teams across Production, Sales, Service, and Customer Support. From start to finish, you'll take ownership of your projects, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
