Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of equity transactions including IPOs, follow-ons, rights issues, block trades, and convertible bonds. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Support execution of ECM transactions across EMEA, including IPOs, rights issues, block trades, and equity-linked deals. Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and transaction documents. Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Coverage, Syndicate, Legal) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, lawyers, accountants). Monitor equity markets and contribute to market commentary and pricing recommendations. Attend client meetings, roadshows, and deal-related events, as needed. Contribute to origination efforts by identifying trends, opportunities, and prospective clients. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in ECM, Investment Banking, or a related capital markets role. Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Deep understanding of equity markets, capital raising structures, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Team-oriented mindset and high level of professional integrity.
