Early Years & Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant / Classroom Support Assistant - SN1 Do you have a passion for nurturing young minds and supporting children in their early learning journey? My client is looking for two enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive school community. In this role, you ll make a real difference by helping children with additional needs thrive, while working in a beautiful, nature-focused learning environment that prioritizes well-being. What You ll Be Doing Providing one-on-one and small group support to children with additional needs. Helping create a positive and engaging classroom environment where all children can succeed. Supporting literacy, numeracy, and emotional development through structured activities. Assisting with behavior management to ensure a safe and nurturing learning space. Helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers. Encouraging outdoor and nature-based learning as part of a holistic curriculum. About You Be able to do the job as described. Passionate about early years and primary education, with a nurturing and patient approach. Experience working with children with additional needs (desired but not essential). A love for nature and outdoor learning, embracing a creative and hands-on teaching style. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with staff and families.
