Job Description To apply for this position click here \n Early Years Practitioner St. John Vianney Primary School ELC \n Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 (pro rata for sessional) Hours: 36 per week, 39 weeks sessional \n A new Early Learning and Childcare setting has opened in a purpose built building on the campus of St John Vianney Primary School. \n We need ambitious, caring staff to join us in creating a truly excellent setting for supporting the children and families of our community. The setting is expanding its staff team, providing a perfect environment for the development of sector leaders and establishing outstanding practice. Our new setting provides the indoor and outdoor spaces all year round, and you will be part of our team delivering the experiences and interactions that our children will enjoy and remember. \n We hope you are a committed worker who is full of ideas and understands how to involve others in bringing about positive change. \n This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. Anunconditionaloffer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
