Early Years Practitioner / Pre-school Teaching Assistant - BA1 Looking for an opportunity to shape the early years of young learners? My client, a thriving independent prep school, is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the school on a permanent basis. This full-time role is a perfect fit for someone eager to make a meaningful contribution to a school who value inspirational teaching and learning in a caring, supportive and inclusive community. You ll have the chance to build strong relationships and help guide the school s youngest students through this crucial stage of their education. Help deliver learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT. Assist with behavior management programs and ensure a safe, secure learning environment. Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs About You Be able to do the job as described Level 2 qualification in Early Years Passionate about early childhood education and committed to pupil progress You bring a caring, nurturing attitude that makes a difference in young lives Experience in Early Years education with innovative and creative ideas for engaging young learners Strong ability to manage classroom behaviour while creating a safe and stimulating environment Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
