Overview: Early Years Assessor\n\nAre you an experienced Early Years Assessor looking to make your next career move? \n\nRecruiting on behalf of a training provider that is big on quality, which is reflected in their Ofsted grade, this is an opportunity not to be missed.\n\nThe role is home based with learners located in Southampton and the surrounding area.\n\nPurpose of the role: Early Years Assessor\n\nYou will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification. \n\nEarly Years Assessor: Essentials\n\nAssessing experience, delivering Early Years Apprenticeships \nUK driving license and use of own transport \nHome Based - covering Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester and Basingstoke\nA mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work \n\nEarly Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses\n\nThe role is full-time, permanent\nMon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends\nHome based and flexible working - manage your own diary\n£30k - £33k annual salary depending on experience and qualifications \nFull travel expenses\n2 weeks paid leave at Christmas + 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays\nAll equipment including laptop, mobile phone\nFurther career opportunities with a growing, high quality training provider
