DV Cleared Site Manager £54/hour Contract DV Clearance Required Initial 6-12 month contract with potential for extension Majority onsite in Reading Exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to work on high-impact infrastructure ABOUT THE CLIENT: We are working with a high-profile consultancy supporting delivery across one of the most complex and regulated project environments in the UK. With a strong track record of engineering excellence and a commitment to innovation, the team is growing to meet increasing demand across key nuclear and defence programmes. Due to project expansion, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on site coordination and construction oversight. THE BENEFITS: Up to £54/hour Flexible working with 3-4 days minimum onsite (Reading) 9-day fortnight pattern (every other Friday off) Long-term project pipeline in a prestigious environment Opportunity to work on one of the UK's most secure and high-impact projects THE SITE MANAGER ROLE: As a Site Manager, you will oversee construction site activities and coordinate subcontractor operations in line with project goals. You'll support the Package and Project Managers, ensuring milestones are hit, safety standards are maintained, and progress is tracked effectively. You'll also handle interface management, risk identification, and ensure compliance with both CDM and health & safety legislation within a highly regulated nuclear setting. SITE MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Active DV Clearance is essential - applications without cannot be considered Strong site construction experience in nuclear, defence or similarly regulated environments HND or equivalent in construction, engineering, or project management Membership of a recognised construction-related professional body Excellent understanding of CDM, H&S, and risk management principles Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Experience managing subcontractors and contributing to programme delivery TO BE CONSIDERED: Please either apply through this advert or email me directly via (see below) .
