IOCP is a nonprofit that provides services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources to those residing in our service area. We are looking for a Donor Engagement Manager to join our team! The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive donor experience, cultivation, and retention strategies that support the mission and strategic direction of IOCP. This role will develop critical systems and structures to support major and planned giving programs. Hybrid work environment Full-time, benefits eligible Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k), Life and Disability Insurance, Employee Assistance Program Nine paid holidays Generous PTO (starting at 21 days annually) Six weeks of paid leave for employees eligible for parental or medical leave What You Will Do Design and implement structures and strategies to cultivate, steward, and retain IOCP donors Develop and maintain relationships with segmented donors, ensuring personalized engagement Create targeted engagement plans to maximize giving potential across different donor levels Partner with leadership staff and teammates to identify potential major donors and develop strategies for long-term engagement Develop and manage a comprehensive donor recognition program Leverage donor database to support strategic objectives, segmentation, and reporting Track and analyze donor engagement data to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed Create and nurture a strong team with a shared focus on high quality customer service What You Will Bring Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field, preferably within a nonprofit organization Proven track record of success in donor cultivation, stewardship, and major gift fundraising Experience managing donor databases and using CRM software (e.g., Raiser s Edge) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with donors and volunteers Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling donor communications Strategic thinker with experience in developing and executing engagement strategies Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decisions Team-oriented and collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments About IOCP Our clients and staff come from all walks of life!
