Disrepair Manager\n £300 per day\n Temporary - Permanent \n Manchester\n\nHamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Disrepair Manager to join an organisation based in Manchester on a temporary - permanent basis to manage their disrepair cases and supervise a team of Surveyors.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Disrepair Manager:\n\nOversee the management of disrepair cases and supervise a team comprising surveyors and a disrepair officer.\nAttend court proceedings related to disrepair claims as necessary.\nDevelop and implement processes aimed at mitigating future claims.\nGain a comprehensive understanding of the various liabilities covered by the Housing Association.\nAudit survey reports from surveyors to ensure compliance with company protocols.\nApply knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to disrepair, including Sections 9, 10, and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.\nReview the work of appointed contractors to ensure alignment with internal objectives.\nEnsure that all data is accurately recorded and maintained.Essential Requirements of the Disrepair Manager:\n\nExtensive experience within Damp and MouldTo be considered for this exciting role, please contact Lucie Houston - Managing Consultant at Hamilton Woods or apply online with a covering note of your experience and suitability referencing the job ID number.
