Job Description Are you ready to step up and lead the structural engineering division of a consultancy in their Manchester office? You might have the potential to do this but there isn't room to grow into. Maybe you are already leading a Structures team/division in Manchester but being an employee isn't quite cutting it you want the potential to buy in and own a proportion of the business? The Opportunity To land in a warm seat, within an existing multidisciplinary team (including Structures). Privately owned by engineers, with local owner leaders who invest in employee engagement. You have developed your career to Associate/Associate Director/Director grade in Manchester and have a network/personal brand in the local market. You aspire to lead and grow the team and be one of the principal Manchester office leaders. You're technically excellent and a Chartered Civil and/or Structural Engineer. You understand the value of employee engagement. You are financially and commercially astute. You favour integrated, collaborative, multidisciplinary teams/working - team player.
