Job Description Are you ready to step up and lead the structural engineering division of a consultancy in their Manchester office? You might have the potential to do this but there isn't room to grow into. Maybe you are already leading a Structures team/division in Manchester but being an employee isn't quite cutting it you want the potential to buy in and own a proportion of the business? The Opportunity To land in a warm seat, within an existing multidisciplinary team (including Structures). Privately owned by engineers, with local owner leaders who invest in employee engagement. Well established and stable team, with a diverse project sector portfolio, including large projects in and around Manchester. High quality office space, in the centre. Long-established, high-quality brand, regular award winners. The opportunity to become an equity director on merit with investment. All the infrastructure is in place for you to thrive. Why Hire You? You have developed your career to Associate/Associate Director/Director grade in Manchester and have a network/personal brand in the local market. You aspire to lead and grow the team and be one of the principal Manchester office leaders. You're technically excellent and a Chartered Civil and/or Structural Engineer. You understand the value of employee engagement. You are financially and commercially astute. You favour integrated, collaborative, multidisciplinary teams/working - team player.
