The Role Build and Lead: Establish and continuously grow the Manchester team Strategic Focus: Leverage your expertise in strategic land, including giving evidence at public inquiries and navigating frameworks such as the Greater Manchester Framework. Win Business: Utilise your established industry relationships and business acumen to drive client engagement and project acquisition. Shape Strategy: Take the reins on business strategy, supported by significant investment and a well-resourced multidisciplinary team. Requirements Expertise in Strategic Land across the North West Strong client relationships and business-winning experience Public inquiry experience Proven ability to manage and lead teams What s in It for You?
