Location: South West and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £27,300 plus £4,200 car allowance
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of craft professionals? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled tutor to support learners in butchery, bakery, or fishmongery. You will deliver engaging learning experiences, foster growth and development, and help learners apply their new knowledge and skills in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, interactive training sessions tailored to learner needs
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain accurate learner records, tracking development and achievements
Support learners in achieving functional skills in English and maths up to Level 2
Foster inclusive and safe learning environments that promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding
Build strong relationships with employers to ensure effective workplace learning
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Relevant occupational experience in butchery, bakery, or fishmongery
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience delivering training or coaching (or willingness to gain teaching qualifications)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above
Assessor qualification (or willingness to achieve)
Knowledge of government-funded training programs (desirable)
Full valid driving license and willingness to travel
