Calling all Design Engineers! We have an exciting new position working for an innovative manufacturer located just outside of Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk This specialist manufacturer are constantly looking to evolve and innovate their products and services and are in need of Design Engineer with a similar mindset to help push the company forwards. The starting salary for this position is dependant on the experience of the candidate, however highly experienced candidates could be earning circa £45,000. However, this company will consider both graduates or engineers with years working in the field. Design Engineer Duties: Utilising Autodesk Inventor to design and detail specialist plant machinery Work alongside customers to bring their new products to life Survey sites and provide suggestions and recommendations to customers Provide full drawings, BOMs and assembly drawings for the Production Team Overseeing projects, working with sales and manufacturing teams to cover the project from concept to installation Due to the location of this company you will need your own transport to commute to work. The standard working hours for the position are 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday
