Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager Support the Store Manager to: Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development. Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability. Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service. Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards. Manage staff scheduling to maintain efficiency and service levels.
