Position: Dental Receptionist Location: Borehamwood Pay: £25k-£30k Hours: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Be the first point of contact for patients, offering a warm and professional welcome to ensure an excellent first impression. Appointment Scheduling: Manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely reminders to keep our practice running smoothly. Patient Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide necessary information to patients regarding services, insurance, and treatment plans. Team Collaboration: Work alongside our dentists, hygienists, and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care and a positive office environment. Key Qualities We're Looking For: Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner. Organizational Expertise: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy dental office.
