We are looking for, not only a proven Dental Practice Manager / Business Manager who will help take our massively growing Dental Practice led by our principal Dentist – Dr Nehal Waleed, to become the premier community dental practice in Wilmslow.

Wilmslow Dental Practice is inthe heart of Wilmslow town centre , we have grown from 1 surgery to 4 in over 2 short years, with 7 fee earners offering aligners, complex implant treatments, endodontics and restorative dentistry, as well as offering NHS services to our growing patient base. Our practice is striving to become a DF1 training practice, and we are looking to relocate into large premises in due course.

As a Practice Manager , you will lead our team of Dental Care Professionals including Therapists and Hygienists and be responsible for duties including HR, Accounts, CQC Compliance, NHS reporting etc.

This position will suit a Qualified Dental Nurse who is now ready to take the next steps into management and what better way to do it than part-time over 3 days per week.

You will become the practice’s CQC Registered Manager , ensuring the highest standards in Clinical Governance and be the trainer and motivational leader of your team to deliver the highest level of service.

As the Business Manager , you will be responsible for driving income to our clinicians from new and existing patients and increasing the hourly revenue of each clinician through marketing, training, coaching and support.

You will improve our standing in the community by improving our Google Reviews and helping to deliver the Social Media strategy of our practice and develop our website.

You will also help improve the physical aesthetics of our practice, help train the clinical team to offer private choice to patients and train our team to offer an excellent patient journey.

Training: for the right candidates, we will offer to train you in the ILM Practice Manager qualification. We will also support you with Leadership, HR, Finance and Social media training.

Our Requirements:

You will have commercial awareness

You will be good with numbers and possess financial acumen

You will be computer literate

You will be able to communicate well with your principal, team and most importantly with patients

You will be capable of adjusting to changes in dental regulations, technology, and patient needs without losing sight of the practice’s goals

You will support your fee earners and remove barriers to maximise their income in an ethical way
