An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join a top-tier Healthcare Litigation team in Newcastle. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex clinical negligence cases within an award-winning firm that is widely recognised for its expertise in healthcare litigation. The Role As an Associate or Solicitor in the healthcare litigation team you will be dealing with: Manage a challenging and rewarding caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims. Work with clients such as NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, independent healthcare providers, and medical malpractice insurers. Draft legal documents, conduct negotiations, and prepare cases for trial. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering commercially focused legal advice. Contribute to training, knowledge sharing, and business development activities.
