Customer Care Representative
Bath, Somerset, Hybrid working
Full time position (40 hours per week)
3 month fixed term contract
Up to £26,500 DOE plus commission

The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team on a 3-month FTC. You’ll be the trusted contact for our customers turn to when they need support – helping them with everything from broadband installations to resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries across email, social, chat and phone channels
Take ownership of queries from start to resolution – including complaints
Book installations and clearly explain the process to customers
Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and ideas
Keep internal systems and knowledge bases up to date
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer care
Deliver a great experience for every customer – every time!

The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a people person who loves solving problems and making customers feel valued. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and positively.
Experience in B2C customer service (contact centre, retail, or similar)
Empathetic, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people
Confident in handling complaints and seeing them through to resolution
Curious and always looking to learn and improve
Excellent listening and communication skills
Proactive and able to take initiative when challenges arise
A positive “can-do” attitude and a team-player mindset
