Job Title: Curriculum Team Leader (Land-Based Service Engineering) Location: Writtle Salary: £38,249 - £42,882 per year Job type: Full Time, Permanent Closing Date: Sunday 27th April 2025. It is expected that interviews will take place on the week commencing 7 May 2025. The Role: As a Curriculum Team Leader and a member of the college's middle management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of lecturers, visiting officers, and technicians, ensuring that all students benefit from a high-quality and innovative learning experience. This includes day-to-day resource management and addressing staff/student concerns. As the leader of the team, you will represent the area at meetings and events to internal and external stakeholders and may be required to deputize for the Curriculum Area Manager. This role includes working with industry partners and their extensive dealer network across the country to deliver high-class apprenticeship programs. Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in your application, you will have an understanding of apprenticeship programs, a degree/professional qualification in a relevant subject area, and teaching experience, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels. Experience in resource management, self-assessment report writing, and quality assurance of teaching, learning, and assessment, while not essential, would be advantageous. Who Are We Partnered With?
