Our client are a fast growth business. They are now looking for a CRM and Communications Marketing Assistant to join the team. Your main responsibilities as Marketing Executive (CRM & Communications) will include: Working with the Communications Manager to deliver key customer journeys for new and existing customers Creating and delivering communications via key platforms including email, "My Account" web app, WhatsApp, SMS and in-building assets for full range of audience segments Support with all stages of the CRM process including building email campaigns in the ESP (Dotdigital, Marketing Cloud), working in Salesforce and Arthur to define actions relating to campaigns, setting up the audiences, carrying out relevant testing and scheduling Data analysis and reporting on success and on-going actions Working with the Communications Manager to optimise communication strategies through personalisation, automation, technological developments and retention activities You will work closely with all areas of the marketing, sales,customer engagement, operations teams to support in the wider marketing objectives ensuring that all messaging and communications are in line with the Brand look and feel and tone of voice. The ideal candidate will ideally have 1-2years experience in a marketing or agency environment and be able to demonstrate a diligent and enthusiastic approach to their work. We re looking for a good communicator and someone who can cope well with multi-tasking and thrives in a busy environment. Organisation, attention to detail and a talent or passion for data are skills that would be highly beneficial in this role.Previous experience using CRM software platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dotdigital, Marketing Cloud) would be beneficial but is not essential. Excellent package on offer.
