You will play a crucial role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities across the University's financial and operational systems. About the Role This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to engage with cross-functional initiatives aimed at safeguarding the organisation's financial resources. You will also need to be able to talk credibly to a range of stakeholders and inspire confidence for colleagues to raise any concerns. You will be part of the second line reporting on fraud controls and other areas of financial compliance, and will work closely with both the University s Finance Division and Assurance Directorate to deliver reporting to the University s Audit & Scrutiny Committee. About You Degree-level education or equivalent work experience. Professional certifications or working toward certifications in fraud prevention or investigation. Demonstrable experience in counter fraud roles. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
