Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Associate Director - Guildford Lead a High-Performing Tax Team Advisory-Focused Role Flexible & Hybrid Working Are you a Corporate Tax professional looking for the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and well-respected firm in Guildford as a Corporate Tax Manager / Associate Director. You will play a pivotal role in the firm, leading a modern and talented tax team and managing a portfolio of key clients. This position offers a strong mix of advisory and compliance work, with significant exposure to complex tax matters and business development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality advisory services. Work closely with Tax Partners to provide strategic tax planning solutions to clients. Lead and mentor the corporate tax team, conducting appraisals and fostering professional development. Develop strong client relationships through regular contact and participation in client meetings. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated solutions to businesses. Contribute to business development efforts, helping to grow the firm s tax practice. Stay informed on changing tax regulations and ensure best practices within the firm. What We re Looking For: Honed leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching, and appraisals. A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent relationship-building skills. Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset to support the firm s growth. CTA qualified with ACA or ACCA, or the equivalent qualification with several years of corporate tax experience in practice. Experience managing a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, with exposure to advisory work. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
