Job Purpose Manage a corporate tax portfolio, overseeing workflow and reviewing returns prepared by the team. Lead corporate tax planning for clients of various sizes and across a broad range of business sectors. Work closely with senior management to help shape the strategic direction of the tax offering. Work autonomously whilst ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met. Build trusted and long lasting client relationships. Collaborate with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services. Mentor staff through constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and training opportunities. Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to the tax portfolio. Set an example as a hands-on and supportive manager. Ideally two to three years' post qualification experience. A proven track record of managing corporate tax clients. Good communication skills and sound attention to detail.
