Support the team with corporate work such as shareholders agreements, share option work and family investment companies as well as other matters. Focus on transactional work as well as non-transactional work. Handle own caseload and collaborate with other team members. Participate in marketing and business development activities. Profile The Corporate Solicitor should be:? A solicitor with 3-8 years PQE in corporate law. Experienced in handling corporate transactions. Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A good team player with a flexible and proactive approach. Job Offer A competitive salary, depending on experience.
