Corporate Finance Director Would you like to work within a fast growing, entrepreneurial Accountancy and Business Advisory firms in the UK, going through an exciting journey of expansion? If so please read on. Our client is a Business Advisory firm which is seeing huge growth across the firm, but particularly within the Corporate Finance M&A team. For this reason, they are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Director or experienced Associate Director to take a lead in the growth of a new North West based team. The offices in the North West have a full service offering across the firm, but with exciting growth plans within Corporate Finance. They are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants (most likely but not essential) with a number of years post qualified experience in a deals environment, a developed network and demonstrable track record, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in the North West and surrounding areas. You will play a key role leading a team with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice. The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background and will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance or investing or another Deals environment. Coming into a growing organisation individuals will show an entrepreneurial flare with the ability and desire to be active in the Manchester and North West markets, and be proven work winners, particularly the more senior you are.
