Job Opportunity: Associate/Senior Associate Corporate & Commercial Location: Glasgow Overview A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced associate or senior associate to join a highly regarded Corporate team. This is a chance to work on a variety of high-profile corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, private equity deals and complex investment transactions, for a diverse client base ranging from UK startups to international enterprises. You will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier advice, project-managing deals and contributing to the team s ongoing growth and success.
