With a varied caseload and direct client contact, this is an exciting role.Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own high-quality residential property workload.- Support the team s property partner across various property matters.- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, from sales and purchases to remortgages, new builds, and development schemes.- Work on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.- Provide exceptional client care and ensure efficient case management.- Get involved in business development activities within the team and firm.Key Skills & Experience:- At least 2 years fee earning experience (or equivalent experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive).- Strong experience in property sales, purchases, and leasehold/freehold matters.- Ability to manage a large caseload independently while working collaboratively.- Excellent organisational and client care skills.What's on offer?- Full admin/post completion support- CAPPED caseloads- Hybrid working - 2 days wfh- Bonus on top of salary- and much much moreApply today the clock s ticking!
