In this role, you will: Identify and pursue new business opportunities , building a strong client portfolio within the management consulting sector. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with senior client stakeholders , ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with their hiring needs. Act as a trusted advisor , understanding client objectives and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to address their challenges. Drive the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and initial outreach to deal closure and long-term follow-up. Work collaboratively with our delivery teams to ensure efficient and successful candidate placement . Provide market insights to clients, advising on talent trends and opportunities. Represent Consulting Point in virtual client meetings and online engagements , ensuring consistent communication and relationship-building. We re looking for someone with: Proven success in a sales-focused role within recruitment, professional services, or management consulting. A commercial mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving growth. Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills , with confidence in engaging senior-level decision-makers. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with a focus on trust and credibility.
