Job Title: Community Physiotherapist Band 6 Location: East London Duration: Ongoing Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time (Part-Time Considered) Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Rate of Pay: £26 £28 per hour Contact: Hannah Khalique / What You ll Be Doing: As a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist , you'll work with patients in their homes and community settings, helping them regain independence and function. This role involves: conducting holistic physiotherapy assessments in the community delivering tailored rehabilitation programs supporting safe discharge from hospitals into the community collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and occupational therapists educating patients and carers on mobility and self-management Requirements & Qualifications: To be considered for this role, applicants must have: current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist prior community rehab experience full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills confidence working independently and within a team Working Hours & Contract Duration: This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), but part-time applicants are also welcome.
