We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time roleand will be reporting into the Senior Chef de Partie and Head Chef.

Working pattern: Shiftwork / Monday to Sunday / 5 days per week with 2 days off / rotas are done on aweekly basis

We are looking for someone who has a previousexperience in a similar culinary hotel environment.

As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for:

cooking food and preparing top-quality menu items in a timelymanner

ensuring that mise-en-place for food preparation is completedin your section

ensuring ingredients are of the highest quality in dailypreparation and keep up to date with new products, recipes and preparationtechniques

informing Head Chef of excess food items for use in dailyspecials

operating all kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

preparing fresh ingredients for cooking according torecipes/menu.

support the Senior Chef de Partie in the daily operation andwork
