Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Reading Hybrid Working Available Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 + Bonus + Benefits A leading Legal 500 firm in Reading is seeking a capable and commercially-minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join its well-regarded Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a broad mix of clients, from SMEs and developers to national retailers and investors. The Role You ll take on a varied caseload of high-quality real estate work, including: Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant matters Commercial leases and renewals Development agreements and overage Property finance and secured lending Supporting corporate colleagues on property elements of deals You ll be working directly with clients and intermediaries, with plenty of opportunity to develop your network and career.
