Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, £Competitive (DOE) A new role has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:9332. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of property transactions including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters and development projects. You will also have expertise in handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters, and commercial licences. You will deliver exceptional client service and will have the ability to develop strong client relationships. You will have exceptional communication, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
