Commercial Property Agent- OTE £100,000 to £150,000 We are looking for experienced commercial agents who want to take their career to the next level, increase their earningsand work flexible hours to suit their lifestyle. The Role Generate leads from commercial property owners Provide an accurate valuation and professional advice Impleent a modern marketing strategy Negotiate on the clients behalf See the transaction through to a successful completion We Provide Training, support, marketing material, technology, systems, processes, and strategies. Everything you need to be successful. Earnings Receive 70% of the fees you generate. Based on an average fee of £12,000,youwill earn £8,400 per transaction. So just 12 transactions per year will give an income of £100,000. Higher fees and more transactions will increase income dramatically. Uncapped earnings!
