I m working with a friendly, well-established law firm in Guildford that s looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team. They need someone with solid experience in commercial property this isn t a training role, so you'll need to hit the ground running.You ll be supporting senior fee earners on a mix of matters leases, sales, purchases, Land Registry work and be a key part of the team.What They re Looking For: Hands-on experience in commercial property work this is essential. Comfortable drafting documents, dealing with agents/clients, and managing your own tasks. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. A confident communicator who s happy working as part of a close-knit team.
