Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is looking for a Paralegal ( TMT ) to join their dynamic legal team for a 3 to 6 month contract starting ASAP. The position will be focused on providing support to the Product and Technology Legal Affairs Team. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You should be passionate about handling and drafting contracts and be eager to support a team of busy lawyers in a complex and fast-growing business. Minimum Qualifications: You will have relevant law firm and/or in-house experience as a paralegal or contracts administrator either in-house or in private practice. Show confidence in drafting and negotiating basic contracts. You will be managing and assisting with the drafting of a wide variety and large volume of contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Self-starter with a strong and committed work ethic, requiring minimal direction with experience working independently, with a high sense of professionalism and diligence. Proven ability to analyse information to assess threat and risk, and to make effective decisions independently using good judgement and rationale. Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities and make sound decisions under tight deadlines. Willing and able to work with sensitive issues and maintain strict confidentiality. Able and comfortable working effectively within a constantly changing, fast-paced, high-tech environment. You are self-sufficient and proactive, dealing with challenges as they arrive and constantly generating and implementing new solutions. Flexible to adapt to changing priorities business and organisational needs. Fluency in English. Fluency in additional EU languages a plus (Spanish, Italian, French or German).
