Commercial Lead DMA Recruitment Oxford, England, United Kingdom Location: Oxford Salary: Up to £40k -£60k depending on experience Our client is an exceptional organisation looking for a Commercially minded individual who has knowledge in Social Values or has a genuine Interest in Social Values- could this be of interest? Role: Foster strong relationships with local schools, colleges, charities, and other community organisations, drive the Social Value offering with a commercial approach. Lead partnerships and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, driving real, measurable change in the community Monitor and report on social impact demonstrate success and areas of improvement Embed social value principles into contracts, projects, and business development processes Promote success stories and highlight positive impact through the marketing and communications teams Ideal Candidate Experience in relationship building an understanding or passion for social value initiatives and driving impact within an organisation.
