Job Description\n\nJob Title: Commercial Gas Engineer\nLocation: Manchester Area (In Person)\nJob Type: Full-time, Permanent\nStart Date: ASAP\nSalary: £43,000 £45,000 per year (depending on experience)\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established and reputable team operating across the Manchester area. This is a permanent, full-time position focused on servicing commercial properties, with a stable Monday to Friday schedule and no call-out rota or shift patterns.\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, repair, breakdown and minor installation work across a variety of commercial sites.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n \n\n Service and maintenance of commercial gas systems\n\n \n\n Reactive breakdown support and fault diagnosis\n\n \n\n Minor installation and upgrade works\n\n \n\n Completing job sheets and service reports accurately\n\n \n\n Ensuring all works comply with relevant safety and compliance standards\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\n \n\n Valid commercial gas qualifications (ACS) essential\n\n \n\n Proven experience in commercial servicing and breakdown\n\n \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\n \n\n Strong fault-finding skills and technical knowledge\n\n \n\n Good communication and customer service abilities\n\nWhat s on Offer\n\n \n\n £43,000 £45,000 per annum (based on experience)\n\n \n\n Monday to Friday working hours: 08:00 16:30\n\n \n\n Company van, fuel card and tools provided\n\n \n\n No shift patterns or out-of-hours call-outs\n\n \n\n Permanent position with long-term job security\n\n \n\n Supportive and professional team environment\n\nCompliance Requirements\n\n \n\n Proof of Right to Work in the UK\n\n \n\n Valid commercial gas certifications\n\n \n\n Two professional references\n\nLooking for a reliable, long-term role without the hassle of on-call work?
