Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Newcastle - (Covering Near surrounding areas) Salary/Package £40,000 £45,000, dependant on experience, Door to door travel, Van or Car, Fuel Card, PPE & Tools, NO CALL OUT, overtime available, paid at 1.3 Mon Fri, or X2 Sat/Sun & Bank Holidays. 25 days + Banks & more. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Engineer with a background in Industrial or Commercial Gas Engineering to join our service team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, servicing, and commissioning industrial gas-fired equipment, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. Full Training provided Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of industrial boilers, burners, and heating systems at customer sites. Diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective repairs on gas-fired equipment. Commission and set up new industrial gas installations and systems. Carry out safety checks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and customer communications. Provide technical advice and support to clients to ensure the smooth operation of their equipment. Collaborate with the wider engineering team to resolve complex issues and share knowledge. Travel across the Bedfordshire and surrounding areasto attend service calls and maintain customer relationships. You must have or hold: Experience as an Industrial Gas Engineer or similar role, ideally with experience in industrial boilers and burners. Recognized gas qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe registered, Codnco1, Cdga1 etc). Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided).
