Role Overview: As a CNC Miller, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality, bespoke precision-engineered components using cutting-edge 5-axis CNC technology. Role Responsibilities: Operate and program CNC milling machines (including 5-axis) to manufacture custom parts to tight tolerances Work with CAD/CAM to program and optimize production processes Maintain safe and clean working conditions by complying with procedures and regulations Company Overview: This organisation excels in delivering high-end, bespoke precision engineering solutions. Required Skills: Experience operating CNC milling machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks) Desired Skills: 5-axis CNC milling experience Experience with plastics or custom materials Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Experience: 2+ years working in a CNC milling or precision engineering environment Background in manufacturing or custom component production Salary £13-£17/h 40 hour week OT available Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Working Location: Norwich-based site
