Clinical Negligence - Solicitor - Hybrid - York The Role This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals nationwide. Due to the development and expansion of the firm s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Senior Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases. You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm. This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
