Job Ref:9370.CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR:The firm are looking to recruit two permanent, full time Clinical Negligence Fee Earners to join a busy clinical negligence team. The role will be predominantly based out of the West Midlands office, although travel will be required to our other sites. This role involves all aspects of claimant clinical negligence matters. and would suit a newly qualified fee earner with up to 4 years PQE. The clinical negligence team deals with the following types of cases: Birth Injury Gynaecological Negligence Brain and Spinal Injuries Cancer Claims Fatal Cases/Inquests Eye Injury Claims Vascular and Cardiac ClaimsThe Partners are always seeking to improve and expand upon their already high level of legal knowledge and developing new skills and expertise, to bring to their clients the best possible legal service.
