Collins Property Recruitment are delighted to offer a rare opportunity as a Client Services Associate for a well-established independent Estate Agency brand in Chester.This rare opportunity would suit an individual who has previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or someone from a sales background. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Liaising with buyers, sellers. Negotiating offers and deals. Attend viewings and client meetings. Optimising opportunities with financial services, solicitors, and other products. Delivering a high-level of customer service. You will be rewarded as a Client Services Associate with the following: Basic salary of up to £23,850 basic salary. Competitive commission structure. Required Skills for the Client Services Associate position: A high-level of IT skills. An excellent communicator. A keen interest in property. Previous experience working in property not a must but would be beneficial. Must hold a full driving licence.
