Role Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of HNW and agricultural clients, providing expert advisory and compliance services Delivering strategic financial and tax planning advice, ensuring clients receive value-added solutions Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns Supporting clients with business growth strategies, financial planning, and succession planning Mentoring and guiding junior team members, reviewing work and delegating tasks effectively Collaborating with senior leadership to expand and develop the firm s advisory services About the Firm This well-regarded accountancy practice offers the best of both worlds - the benefits of a larger firm s resources and career prospects, combined with the collaborative, close-knit culture of a smaller office. The firm operates a hybrid working model (2 days in-office, 3 from home), providing flexibility while maintaining a strong team environment. Candidate Requirements ACA / ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience) Experience in advisory services, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and agricultural businesses Ability to build trusted client relationships and provide strategic advice Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge, particularly in HNW and rural sectors A proactive approach to problem-solving and adding value to clients Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage Willingness to develop and grow within a firm that offers long-term career progression What s On Offer £50,000 to £70,000 per annum Full time, permanent role Hybrid working (2 days from home, 3 in the office) Pension scheme Generous annual leave Regular social events Professional development opportunities Retail perks and discounts Modern office Plus more Ready to accelerate your practice career?
