We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our Cloud Accounting team, managing your own portfolio of clients. Client Details Our client is a well-established, medium tier firm with a strong presence in Liverpool. Servicing a range of clients from small to large businesses across the the Northwest. Description Manage onboard and develop relationships with clients, providing quality financial advice. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and reports. Oversee and approve the bookkeeping and VAT returns that are prepared for by the team. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction. Establish good client relationships, acting as the main point of contact. Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. Participate in team meetings and contribute to company strategy. Assist with the day to day workflow for the team Profile A successful Client Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Sound knowledge of Xero, Dext, Syft and other cloud software. Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and practices. Excellent client relationship management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team. Proven track record in managing a diverse client portfolio. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Job Offer A competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000, depending on skills and experience.
