Role Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact for their financial needs Prepare and review accounts for a wide range of businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support and mentor junior colleagues, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored financial advice and solutions Manage workflows to ensure deadlines are met, and clients receive exceptional service Contribute to the overall success of the team by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement About the Firm This Oldham-based accountancy practice is renowned for its client-focused approach and commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions. Candidate Requirements Be ACA, ACCA, or AAT qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in practice. Have proven experience in managing client portfolios. Demonstrate strong technical skills in accounts preparation and compliance. Be confident in mentoring and reviewing the work of junior colleagues. Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Be organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
